Do I need to download an app?
No. Anazla runs entirely in your web browser. Open anazla.com on your phone, tablet or laptop and you are ready. You can add it to your home screen for app-like access.
Is my data safe and private?
Yes. Each salon or spa's data is completely isolated — no other business can see your bills, customers or inventory. Data is stored securely on Supabase (powered by AWS) with encryption in transit and at rest.
Can I use Anazla on my mobile phone?
Absolutely. Anazla is designed mobile-first. Everything works perfectly on a smartphone — billing, inventory, stats and broadcast. Most salon and spa owners use it on their phone at the reception counter.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
When we set up your account, you get 14 days of full access to all features in your chosen plan — completely free. No credit card required. At the end of 14 days, pay to continue or your account is paused.
What happens to my data if I stop subscribing?
Your account is paused (not deleted). All your bills, inventory and customer data is preserved. When you reactivate your subscription, everything is exactly as you left it. We do not delete data.
Does the WhatsApp broadcast feature work without Meta API?
Yes — the Basic broadcast feature opens WhatsApp for each customer with the message pre-filled. For fully automatic sending (no tapping), the Chain plan includes Meta WhatsApp Business API setup support.
Does Anazla work for aesthetic and cosmetic clinics?
Absolutely. Anazla is designed for any service-based beauty business — salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, and cosmetic studios. You can customise your service menu, staff, and inventory to match your exact business. The billing, WhatsApp sharing, and analytics work identically across all business types.
Can multiple staff members use one account?
Yes. One login per location, but multiple staff can use the same device/login for billing. Staff names are added in Settings and assigned to services during billing for incentive tracking.
