Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Anazla, a salon management software platform ("Platform") developed and operated by OPHTHAVUE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

By accessing or using Anazla at anazla.com ("Service"), you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Anazla" — the salon management software product developed and sold by OPHTHAVUE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, accessible at anazla.com.
• "Service" — all features, tools, and functionality provided through the Anazla platform.
• "Subscriber" / "User" — any individual or business entity that registers for and uses the Service.
• "Salon Data" — all data entered by the Subscriber including customer information, billing records, inventory data, and staff details.
• "Trial Period" — the 14-day free access period provided to new Subscribers upon account creation.

3. Eligibility

To use Anazla, you must be at least 18 years of age, operate a legally registered salon or beauty business in India, and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

Accounts are created by OPHTHAVUE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS upon receipt of a service request via WhatsApp or email. Self-registration is not available. Contact us at +91 9113254436 or info@anazla.com to get started.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password. Notify us immediately at info@anazla.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

4.3 One Account Per Salon

Each subscription covers one salon location. Multi-salon businesses must subscribe to the Chain plan or purchase additional subscriptions.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Plans Available

• Basic — ₹999/month — Billing, inventory, staff tracking, analytics, Excel reports
• Pro — ₹1,999/month — Everything in Basic + WhatsApp broadcast marketing + Chain dashboard
• Chain — ₹2,499/month — Everything in Pro + Meta WhatsApp Business API + dedicated onboarding support

Free Trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial with full access to their chosen plan. No payment required during trial. Continued use after trial requires a paid subscription.

Payment

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR), due in advance monthly or annually. Late payments beyond 7 days may result in account suspension.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

6. Permitted Use

You may use Anazla solely for lawful business purposes related to salon management. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of Indian law
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service to any third party
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code
• Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable laws
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to access other subscribers' data

7. Subscriber Data

All Salon Data you enter remains your property. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you enter. When using WhatsApp broadcast features, you must ensure customers have consented to receive marketing communications.

Your data is retained for 90 days after subscription termination, then permanently deleted. You may request an export at any time during this period.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

9. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services

WhatsApp integration is subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Meta's policies. We are not responsible for WhatsApp service availability, accounts blocked due to subscriber misuse, or changes to Meta's API pricing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and functionality of Anazla are the exclusive property of OPHTHAVUE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, protected under Indian intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service during your active subscription for internal business purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, OPHTHAVUE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may terminate by contacting info@anazla.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
